Kate Meakins joined the CER in June 2001, as the Publications manager. Since April 2005 she has taken on the role of the CER web editor and is responsible for the updating and development of the site.

In November 2006 she redesigned the site, bringing it up to date and making it easier to navigate.

She designs all the CER publications and organises their production, and is also responsible for subscriptions, sales and marketing.

She has a degree in English Literature from Brunel University and a BTEC in Art and Design from Kingston University.
