'If you're not at the table, you're on the menu'

After British Prime Minister David Cameron's decision to veto an EU-wide treaty change, Hugo Brady of the CER said the UK was left in a precarious position. He told the BBC "If you're not at the table, you're on the menu." And he further speculated that EU leaders had not yet gone far enough with their agreement to calm the markets.
