Vote to impeach president adds to turmoil in Romania

"There's a greater and greater political trend toward an emphasis only on the eurozone," said Hugo Brady, a senior research fellow at the CER, referring to the 17 countries that use the currency. "It's almost as if it is now a 17-member European Union and other countries just by-the-by in terms of their problems."
