Philip Whyte was educated at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris ('Sciences Po') and the London School of Economic and Political Science. After working at the Bank of England and the Economist Intelligence Unit, he joined the Centre for European Reform as a Senior Research Fellow in September 2007.
